Recovered my files-Now Fat32 D drive is 83% full C drive is 14%

Help! I had used the recovery disk to update my xp and lost everything, but had a disk for data restore. Did the best I could but now everything is on the D Drive...Is that bad? Does it matter? Seems to be working ok but don't know too much about it! THANKS!!!!

clarification - is it booting to d drive or in other words is the operating system on d drive? what about c drive? does it have your old installation?

Generally speaking, it does not matter which drive the os is on. If it is working it is working :-) So it is really up to you if you want to keep it there or not. However if it is 83 percent full, maybe (depending on the drive size) dont install anything else on that drive
