Hi BILLYCRAIG, welcome to CyberTechhelp.

Generally speaking, it's not really possible to MOVE programs. You can safely uninstall from C and reinstall to D (especially useful for large games that can use a couple of Gigs each). During the installation, you normally get an option of where to install, just hit browse and change c to d.

You can also move data storage folders to D: (My Documents, Windows Temp, Windows Swap file). We'd need to know what Windows version you use to advise further.
