Opening an .iaf file with Leopard

I'm about to switch from a PC with the XP operating system to an iMac with Leopard. I've exported my e-mail messages and saved them as an .iaf file. Would anyone know how to open them on a PC? More important, would anyone know how to open them on an iMac. Many, many thanks in advance!!

.iaf is an outlook express mail box. Use Apple's Mail to import it.

Follow this link, it may help: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=42941
