How do I transfer Mailbox folders from one account to another

Hi,
Sorry if this is the wrong area to post this. I have about 150 e-mails in a specific yahoo e-mail folder that I would like to send to another e-mail account. I started by fowarding each one individually until I assumed there must be an easier way. So, my question is, is there and easier way? and how do I go about doing this? Some of the e-mails have attatchments aswell.
