Which Graphic Card should I get?

Right now I have four options:

The Radeon 9250 Graphics Card 256MB DDR PCI Bus made by GeCube
The Radeon 9250 Graphics Card 256MB DDR PCI Bus made by Sapphire
The Radeon 9250 Graphics Card 256MB DDR PCI Bus made by ATI
The Nvidia Geforce FX 5500 256Mb PCI Bus Video Card V29
(Only thing is, after the FX 5200 card I bought, I don't quite trust the FX series anymore...)

Also I saw something about ATI Catalyst...what is that?

And will I need a new power supply and fans for my computer?

I have a 4 year old 2.0ghz emachines celeron...

I am going to upgrade my ram, but I'm not sure what type I should get, also you can see all these cards are PCI, these are the best cards I can get for the PCI that are under $100

So which of these cards (or if there is a better less than $100 PCI card, let me know) do you guys recommend?
