Windows 98 w/latest update
When on the internet, ebay trying to bid on an item, after clicking bid. The page cannot be desplayed shows on the screen.

Welcome to CTH dryhole21. Try this, go to Start > Run and type the following lines and press Enter after each line:

regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

Click OK when you receive the message that "DllRegisterServer in FileName" succeeded.

Reboot and let us know if this helped.
