win 2000 nothing opens
i have win 2000 it loads fine. after it loads nothing will work.i cant open anything except task manager(ctrl+alt+del)

If you have a keyboard with a windows button, does that or any of it's combination strokes (like windows + E for windows explorer) work?

got it
i had downloaded some freeware(powerstrip and si meter) it had locked me some how had to go into safe mode and delete files among other things thanks!!!!

After logging into Windows 2000 I get a blank blue screen.
I just recently tried upgrading from Windows 98 to Windows 2000. Everything seemed to be going well until after Win 2000 was installed. It booted up fine and it got to the login screen and I entered my password. I pressed enter and all I got was a blank blue screen. Can anybody tell me what I did wrong and how can I fix this problem?
