Design
I love the design of this site, and not to sound harsh, but everything looks nice, and in order, then you look at the bottom and it looks like a big ball of pointless colored tables.

This design is the default Vbulletin3 design. Nothing to do with CTH.

If you use the full skin then you do get the CTH header & footer though.

I do not see that big ball of pointless colored tables. Maybe some rectangles ones. As the previous message stated, it is the format the board is limited to. Try some of the different skins that are available and it might look better to you.

The part they are talking about hard nothing to do with the board. Many people probably do not realize that there is an entire comprehensive site attached to this message board.
