Reinstall XP again

Okay! Greetings all!

How many times have you got that question: How do I reformat and reinstall XP? If there are some posts about it, please just redirect me.
I'm sorry for my laziness.
So you guys should have a tutorial about this. I heard it is quite a long job to reinstall XP. Well I am ready...

Thanks

Simply, you insert the XP CD and boot the PC.
The setup will start.

There are obvisouly other things to consider.
Have you backed up?
Do you have relevant driver disks, software, service packs?

btw, the forum search would bring up many threads on the same subject

Before you reinstall xp, if you are having some sort of problem, maybe if you tell us about it, you can avoid a reinstall. IMO, Reinstalls is a pain and should be avoid unless absolutely necessary.

Anyone else here have format-fests just for the hell of it?
Nothing like the smell of a clean OS.
It doesn't take long to re-install. You can set-up XP < 30 mins (not including setting up user accounts and e-mail settings etc and your own hardware) Longest thing seems to be the Service Packs

Seriously, back important stuff up first (like My Documents) and why not create a folder called Back-up's with all your drivers and .exe's in it?

Not trying to be flippant but it's something I enjoy every now and then.
