Recieved email format in Outlook?
OK so I am getting older and finding it harder to read recieved email in these light colors and fonts in Outlook 2010. I need the text to be black to make it easier to read. How can I make my recieved email always open in black text regardless of the font it was sent in?

I assume this is Outlook (Part of Office) not Outlook express?
You can use Conditional formatting; Under the "View Settings" (In Current View) click on Conditional Formatting (in the Advanced View Settings dialog box). Check Unread Messages rule then hit font button and set the font and color. |

That works when viewing my inbox list but how about inside the email. Can I make outlook use my fonts instead of the font the sender had set?
