I have a LiteOn 24X external cd/dvd writer. I am using HP 16X DVD-R disks.
I have a 5.7 gig file containing Audio_TS and Video_TS files. Is there a way to fit these on a 4.7 gig disk? My burning program is: Easy DVD Creator. |

You need to buy a "Dual Layer" DVD Writer and use a "Dual Layer" DVD in it. They can hold just over 9GB of data.
Then keep looking over your shoulder if that's a commercial disc your trying to copy, 'cos it's illegal, very! |

The LiteOn is supposed to support dual layer . Do I have to go to a computer store to purchase the dual layer disks?
I am recording a tv series 5-episodes to watch while on vacation. Then I will discard it. I am not bringing my laptop with me. |

You can go to most any store where they sell blank DVDs and they should have dual layer DVDs. Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Office Depot all carry them.

I can't thank you enough. I only tried Target. I will get them tomorrow; I am leaving Thursday morning for my vacation. Again, I thank you
