Unhappy Crashing plz help

My compter is running EXTREMELY slow and my intire screen is tinted blue. I received a message of a serious error but I don't know what the error is. I fear Im crashing.....could someone PLEASEEEE help!!! What could be the problem and how can I fix it before it crashes?

Hi sstacy65,

Is this a desktop or laptop ?

Can you give us a little more information re. the "serious error" please ?

If you have not done so already - backup any important files / data to an external source such as a memory stick / external hard drive ..........just in case.
