game problem

hey, i have an IBM pc, wid 1.7 ghz pro and 1 gb ram. whenever i start aoe3 game it says, "this application has failed to start because d3dx9_25.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem. but jusy 2 weeks back, i had started the game and played it. i just changed my hard drive. please help,

i just changed my hard drive.

And I assume you reinstalled the operating system (XP)?
You'll need to reinstall the most up-to-date graphics drivers and then install the DirectX version that is on the AOE3 disc. You may already have a reasonably up to date DirectX9 installation but AOE3 wants a very specific version. It is safe to run the install over top of any current version you have.

thank u. but, i have IBM pc 2289-KAA. please tell me the latest video driver. i have intel graphics controller now (82845g). thanks.

thank you for help, i did as u said. but same problem. i did everything i could. i had an antivirus check, video and sound driver check, ram works good. instead gta san andreas works very well. but nothing other than it.
