Parallels Desktop 4.0

Im having two different problems. 1.) When i try to play warcraft 3 it doesn't go full screen, it puts gigantic black borders around it. and if i try to change the resolution, the game takes up the whole screen but it continually blinks. The Second problem is i cannot find any lan games when im trying to play with my brothers. im clearly hooked up to the network and we have the same version. it worked when i had my macbook dual boot, but now that ive moved to parallels it no longer does. Any help is appreciated. thanks!
