Windows XP Problem solving for the Windows XP Operating System

Window Size

Everytime when I open a new window when clicking on a link...the new window opens, however it is very small.
HOw do I resize my Windows so that whenever I click on a link they open to a full size and I do not have to maximize the window myself.
