Slow loading at the login window.

On my login window, when I enter my password. It takes around 15-30 seconds for Windows(my desktop) to load. The screen stays black while loading. This started happening a few weeks ago, it didn't use to do it.

What may be causing this delay for windows to load?
Appreciate any help, thanks!
