Running out of space on C:!!!!

I'm getting uncomfortably low on free space on my C: drive. I have about 5 GB's left. I originally created a C: and X: partition and would like to take some space from the X: and add it to the C:

Is there any way to do this??

or you can right click my computer, click on manage, click on disk management.
