how are you
i have a question about get a dsl reseller for starting my own company(welldone!).please tell me how can i start ISP to offer people dsl service.i am from iran.thank you

Do you have a degree in computer networking or similar?
Do you have qualifications in business management?
Do you have a large sum of money for investment purposes?
Do you have enough physical space (with air conditioning) to run several servers?

If you answered no to any of the above questions, you shouldn't be running an ISP...
