video and sound is jumpy when playing games or watching videos

when im playing games or watching videos or evening just listening to music the video and sound or just the sound is jumpy like its getting stuck in places or having a hard time playing does anybody know what the problems might be

Have you checked for spyware / viruses, defragged HDD?

yes i have i used spybot and got no spyware i have kaspersky 6.0 and that says no virus are found and i defrag my hard as often as i can

How many processes have you got running? Whats your CPU usage at mostly? And what process is using the most?

when i checked the task manager there are 43 processes running the preformance is going between 61% to 100% and if im looking at the right spot winlog.exe is around 68

Seems that process is from a Trojan.Spexta Trojan Virus. Which uses your computer as a "mail relay", which uses your computer to send out spam.

Go and download HiJackThis.
Then Post a log into the Cyber Saftey Forum. They will help you safely remove it, be aware that they are busy in that forum and may take some time.
