How Do I Make My 2nd HDD My Default One?

I currently have 2 Hard Drives installed:

C drive has 40gb of space and my 2nd HDD (G) has 80gb of space.

'G' was only meant to be a temporary thing as it is my brother's and I was just borrowing it.

He now wants it back but he said that I can keep the 2nd HDD that has more space and give him the 40gb hard drive if I wish.

Now I was just wondering what I would have to do to basically turn my 2nd HDD into my computer's new C Drive so it is the default HDD, thanks.

Download the drive utilities from the manufacturers
wb site and use it to clone(copy) the smaller drive
to the larger one.
remove the small one and change the jumper on the back
of the large one to master.
Connect the large drive to the end of the data cable.
It should boot to the large drive.
