Audio failures

Since June 9th.I haven`t been able to update my( Realtek ac`97) My audio keeps going and when I try to re install it ,I get the ! sign in a yellow background and it wont allow it.The only way I can get my sound back is by doing a roll back.Help!!!!

I am not able to update "realtek ac`97"since June 9th.My audio keeps failing
and the only way I can get it back is by doing a roll back.I get a code when I try to update the"realtek`ac97"of 0x80070005.Whatis it? Help!!!!!!
