Logon password change
Hi All,
I have a 2003 server, about 150 users and i want to force my users to change their password at next logon, also i want them to have a complicated password including numbers and letter. I know that you can do that by going into each user's account but thats a long process. Thanks. |

I've used this from the command line in the past:
To reset multiple user passwords to a common password and force them to change their passwords the next time they logon: dsmod user "CN=John Doe,CN=Users,DC=microsoft,DC=com" "CN=Jane Doe,CN=Users,DC=microsoft,DC=com" -pwd A1b2C3d4 -mustchpwd yes (seperate each user by adding a space between each one.) but I can't for the life of me remember how I managed to export a complete list of distinguished names from AD. I'll have a poke around and see if anything rings a bell. |
