High pitch noise on front audio port

Anytime I plug in my headset or speakers to the green front audio port of my computer I get a strange noise, yet I do not get the noise when I plug into the back of the computer......

I recored the noise, here it is: Click here

How do I fix the noise? it wasn't always there.....it happens even when nothing is plugged in USB/FireWire port also on the front, not sure when it started tho

When I first built my comp I had my keyboard with a fingerprint reader on the front USB port, I had a similar noise but I got USB extension cable and plugged keyboard into back and noise was gone......rear sound port never had a problem.......I think the noise came back around the same time I installed a TV tuner card but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it since I'm also unsure when exactly the problem started

Double check the connections from the front port back to the motherboard. One of the wires may of came loose or they are not installed correctly. Do you still have the mobo manual that shows he connections?
