Help!!!!!!! Win 2000 restarts automatically
Hi my computer has been having some problems with spyware and adware recently i have used some programs sucn as microsoft anti spyware and adaware se personal to get rid of it then i ran an avast antivirus now my computer just reboots for no reason after about 15-20 minutes i have no idea how to fix this if anyone can help i would really appreciate it thanks guys

Welcome

I would suggest that you remove your email address or it will almost certainly be harvested by spammers.


Goto System Properties>Advanced>Startup and Recovery>
Uncheck the option to Reboot Automatically.

See if you get error messages in the future.

hey i did all that you told me to and it still didnt help now when it restarts i get a blue screen of death sometimes befor my computer opens windows and other suggestions would be greatly appreciated thx

What is the error? It may give an indication to the problem.
