Vista Home Premium
Hello, i got a new computer brought back from the USA to me in australia, preloaded with Vista home Prem. The problem i have is that i cant do anything because it says im not the admistrator and it wont let me change it to a standard account, can someone please tell me how to get around this

The CD is a bootable disk. ...... if you are not familiar with how to burn this or boot from a bootable disk, post back here.
