Global IME
I'd like to be able to see Japanese and Chinese fonts and stuff, but I'm unable to download unless I'm using Office XP which I don't have. Is there any alternative?

I'm not entirely sure what the problem is? Do you want to view chinese fonts on web pages and such but the download requires you to have Office XP? what download is that?
