Cannot delete a file

There is one file that has been giving me a bit of trouble, no matter what action I take, I simply cannot get rid of an avi file it keeps showing that the filename or extension is to long.

I ran a search on my computer to make sure that the file is indeed existent and made sure that no programs were using the file for malicious purposes and whatnot. Here is the log that Cmd pulled when I ran wildcard search for the file

c:\Users\Stargazer\Desktop\temp\Documents\Document s\Documents\Documents\Documents\Documents\Document s\Documents\Documents\Documents\Documents\Document s\Documents\Documents\Documents\downloads\South Park - Collectors Edition\south park\Seanson 6

04/17/2008 10:04 PM 140,871,680 613 - The Return of the Fellowship of the Ring to the Two Towers.avi
1 File(s) 140,871,680 bytes

sorry about the multiple folder issues, residential problem from another issue and I cannot get rid of them all until I get rid of this dang file. Any assistance anyone can provide would be wonderful

I have already tried using evidence eraser. tuneup delete, and /del command in prompt

Thank you in advance
