Re installed windows 7 no p/word prompt

Just had my motherboard and processor upgraded and windows 7 reinstalled but didn't get a prompt to set or create password.I am the sole user so I guess it would be as administrator,though not sure how to do that.

just go to the control panel - user accounts to add your password.

Thanks,I thought that facility was just for additional users ,leaving the administrators account empty and vulnerable
