How can I get the most power out of my CPU?

Hey guys I have a partially self built comp, i was wondering if u guys could help me get the most out of my comp,

Motherboard: Gigabyte tech, ga-ma78lm-s2
System: Windows vista 64 bit
Processor: AMD Phenom 9150e quad-core processor 1.8
RAM:2 GB
Video card: Nvidia geforce 9800 GT xlr8 performance edition
Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus


if there is any other specs you guys need to know let me know.
