Woman Won't Sue Wendy's for Alleged Finger.

No $hit.
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp...inger&e=6&ncid=
There are many ways people get the finger.
Drop the lawsuit? People sue for a hair in their coffee.
I guess she wondered why that severed finger kept pointing at her?

From the article: " Court records show Ayala has previously made claims against corporations, including a former employer, General Motors and a fast-food restaurant."
That's at least one reason to pass on this. There may be clues for other reasons also.
But it does give a whole new meaning to: "Finger Lick'n Good'. (KFC slogan)

she did not do it right. What she should have done was go to wendys and purchase a couple of servings of chili, take them home, pour the chili into a pan, put the finger into the chili and cook it for a while, then she should have taken the finger out of the pan, go to wendys, order another bowl of chili, then place the finger into the chili and then report it. This way it looks like the finger was cooked when the chili was made.

From the Google article:
"It's flawed," he said. "I wanted some hot body pics, but not of fingers."
"But I'll still eat at Wendy's. I love that chili."

That's too rich. I think someone is yanking one of my body parts.

Did anyone look at this woman's hands to see if she had all her fingers? She is sue happy and I wouldn't doubt she lopped off one of her own to make a buck.

Woman who found finger arrested.

Quote:
Police arrest woman who claimed she found a finger in her bowl of Wendy's chili
Associated Press

SAN FRANCISCO -- The woman who claimed she found a well-manicured finger in her bowl of Wendy's chili last month was arrested Thursday night in Las Vegas, police said.

Anna Ayala was taken into custody at her home, San Jose police spokesman Enrique Garcia said. Garcia said police would not give any further details about the arrest until a news conference Friday afternoon.

Ayala told police she found the finger in her chili March 22 while eating at a Wendy's in San Jose. Health officials say it was apparently a woman's finger, because of the long, manicured nail.

...

All the employees at the San Jose store were found to have all their fingers, and no suppliers reported any hand or finger injuries, the company said.

Apparently she's been in the business of making litigatory claims against restaurants for years.
She has been linked to another woman in the same area who lost her finger at the Zoo a while back after being bitten by a tiger or a lion or something of that nature. They tried to reattach it but when they couldn't... they gave it back to her.

Now i know why i heard a few days ago she wasnt gonna sue them..........(That must have given her fraudulant claims away)

What an idiot.........
