I need to export a .pst file from Outlook 2003 and import it into Outlook 2000. When I try, I get the message "Properties for this information service must be defined prior to use". I click OK and get another message "the pst file is not compatible with this version of the Personal Folders Information Service. Contact your admin."
It appears that you cannot go back with versions of Outlook but is there another way of importing from Outlook 2003? ![]() |

Thanks,
That was a big help. As usual, it was well hidden in the vast MS documents. ![]() |
