Slow Download speeds
I have Windows XP SP1 and a Zoom ADSL modem (not wireless) and past few days it's been downloading slower then usual it usually downloads at like 200 Kbs but now it downloads at like 30 kbs. anyone know whats wrong with it? it my computer or my isp?

You will have to provide some more information, unless you can ship me a crystal ball
 What is you network setup? Is it wireless? Have you recently installed any software to your computer? Have you scanned for viruses/adware/spyware?
