Question Having problem access

Hi!

i am having a problem access My Computer and My Document, when i double click it come up with error message say that u have performed legal operation, that Internet Exprorer has errors and when i close it the screen go blank and come back with back Active Desktop Recovery. or if i click debug it go to debug in visula Basic and the only i can do is save it.that all, how do i solve this? or fix this?

How long has this been happening?
What OS do you have?

There has been a few similar issues recently so I would suspect a nastie such as a Virus or Spyware.

Have you done a virus and spyware scan?

thank you for reply

the problem has been for only two weeks, i am using window 98SE, i have run AVG a antivirus software and i download Ad-aware 6.0 from download.com. i have run does two program, but their found nothing. its really funny that i can run MS Word, MS Excel and internet and i can save all work in the folders, but only can not access it.

If that doesn;t work then you could try a Scanreg /restore

i have never use Scanreg /restore and i can find that program? do u know where it and how can i access it?

Goto Start>Run> then type
scanreg /restore
