Trying to set-up a user account.
When trying to access a new user account for the first time, a window titled "User Environment" appears. It reads "Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, or that the network is functioning correctly. If the problem persists, contact your network administrator." I am not connected to a network; have no administrator. Please help. Thanks.
