Deleting Cache Files and Temp Internet Files

How can I set a computer up, that will be used for public access, to delete all cached and temp files upon a reboot? We are setting some computers up for public acces for emplyees, but would like to lower the risk of people getting others passwords and such. Thanks for any input.
