Back-up disc's

I was wondering if anyone out there could point me in the right direction for creating back-up disc's. I just can't seem to figure it out.

Check out this Microsoft page on Vista's Backup and Restore Center.

If you're referring to your computer manufacturer's software for creating recovery disks, each one is somewhat different.
