Question Making Movies?

Im a first time, And very new user to this forum......

I have a question involving a 3rd party program i think..
What software would i need to utilise to record every action,, (More or less record what my screen does onto a movie tool? Which i could then upload other recording's Of certain people/thing,
Its a simple and very basic question that i need help on for something myself and some friends on mine want to do..
I would also need to implament Mp3s File's Onto it as well, Sounds like a very hard task
