Hotkey / Volume Button not working anymore
Hello

I did some tidying up of my programs and by this I mean I removed lots of unused bits of software through control panel about 3 weeks ago.

Since doing so my volume keys on my Sony Vaio FW11E do not work anymore.

On doing some research it seems I may have removed Sony Vaio Event Manager or somehow removed something associated with the hotkeys. I am unsure of the date that I managed to do this so I dont fancy attempting a restore.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestion on how I can go about getting my volume hot keys to work again on my Vaio?

Hi Steve. Reinstalling the software you uninstalled should do the trick. Check out Sony's page here for a download but if no luck, their support forum is here.
