Multiple Operating Systems

I have recently installed Windows 2000 along with XP Pro. When it starts up it automatically loads Windows 2000 after the 28 seconds or whatever it is. I wanted to know how to set an Windows XP as my default OS. Can anyone help?

Hey ya Goat. Open Notepad. In the File menu, choose Open. When the box comes up, set it to C: drive, then type boot.ini and choose All files in the next drop down list.

This will open your Boot.ini file... Copy and Paste the contents here and I'll change it for you so that XP will be default.

I would go ahead and write it for you, but I'm not sure how Win/2000 shows up in the Boot.ini file.
