Minecraft - Bad video card drivers

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi!

Hopefully someone can help...I have purchased Minecraft and am getting the below error msg...it seems common but I can't fix!!

I have a Toshiba PSK1EA-06L02F with Windows 7 Home Premium, Intel (R) HD Graphics (Core i5)

I have called Toshiba (not very helpful!) and downloaded the most current drivers for this model
I have updated via Device manager, the display adaptors
I have changed the opengl settings, one at a time and then tried dowloading again after each change but I had no idea what I was doing so really was just guessing....I have now made sure that it is back to default settings...

Another issue, which may or may not be relevant is a leftover 'Add on' in my address bar which is - C:\Program Files\MusicFrost\Music Frost Toolbar\index.htm and gives me the error msg of 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' when I open a new tab...this was left after installing and uninstalling Music Frost - Since then I also can't access my online banking that I have used frequently in the past so this may be connected but I really don't know????

Below is the error report.

Bad video card drivers!
-----------------------

Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

I've spent hours and hours reading forums and this problem doesn't sound unique but I just can't get past it!! Very frustrating and hopefully someone can help me??

Thanks

That model runs on Intel HD Graphics, you did not mention how much memory you are running? It supports up to 8GB (must have 64bit version for 4+ gigs). I believe it comes with 2GB?

Have you tried installing the latest driver (not thru device manager).
