IE Opens Extremely SLOW! Can't open into new windows either!

Hello, I need help PLEASE! My internet explorer just randomly started acting up on me! Whenever I open IE it takes about 2-3 minutes to open, and is lagging a lot, and also, when i finally get a browser open and go to open a link into a new window..i click on the link...my comp freezes up for 30secs and my new window never opens! So frustrating!

Also, when i'm browsing pages, randomly i get a message popping up in the middle of the screen saying 'the server is busy' and gives me the options to 'switch to' which opens the start menu then the window pops up again or the option 'retry' in which the window just pops up again in the middle of the screen. ARGH!

Any help would be greatly appreciated, i've run virus scans, trojan scans, and spyware scans...and my comp seems clean! Thanks in advance for even reading this!
