NVENETFD Errors & DCOM Errors

Hi

I recently posted on here about some erros that I was getting through Event viewer relating to This previous post

{http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=191025}

Anyways, I decided to format and reinstall and have updated all the drivers as per a normal format / reinstall.
However my Event Viewer is now full of the same error codes
Source: NVENETFD
Category: None
Event ID 5007
Description: NVIDIA Networking controller : timed out during an event

and
Source: DCOM
Category: None
Event ID 10016
Description:
The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{BC866CF2-5486-41F7-B46B-9AA49CF3EBB1}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE SID (S-1-5-19). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Prior to the NVENETFD Erros starting I had lots of regular errors
Source: Service Control Manager
Category: None
Event ID: 7023
Description:
The Application Management service terminated with the following error:
The specified module could not be found

Its pretty dissapointing to have so many erros after a fresh install and I'm out of my depth as to what to try next.
(also I'm half way through a monster WOW patch download and dont want to have to lose it and redownload it.
Please can someone help with these erros.

Thanks

I thought that was fixed, .

According to Nvidias forums this was a common issue. with no clear cut 'fix'.
which drivers are you updated to? Where did you get them? from asus or nvidia?
Did you install AMD's dual core optimizer? Seems that the timing between the cores gets off and can cause the network to become unstable. can't hurt to try it.
Dual core utilities

I installed the drivers striaght off the disk rather from nvidia website so they are all from Asus.
I have downloaded and will install the nforoce drivers off the nvidia website as well as the dual core optimizer and post back with results.
Thx MaDef
