computer boot error help

i have a dell inspiron 600 with windows vista and one day it froze and i turned off computer. when i turned it back on i got a black screen that has this on it

Memmpy upite-pead dailupe at 5D5E0000, pead 915E915A expeatile 915E915E
Memmpy addpeqq lile dailupe at 5D5E0000, pead 915E915A expeatile 81818181

what does it mean i need help

How far does it get when booting, if it gets by the initial screen and starts to loads windows then you get that screen try this:

Reboot and before the Windows screen comes up start tapping the F8 key, you should get a menu, now select SAFE MODE...Does it boot to desktop???

the boot screen flashes before it goes to what i was describing but it is there for only a second and i cant pree f8 before it goes away
