Gateway 2000, Win 2000 SImple communications driver missing?

Hey everybody,
Need help please. Alright my girlfriend has been hasseling for me to fix her computer for ever. Most of the time I can usually figure out a way to fix a computer. This time she can't access the internet because her linksys wireless driver can not be installed because it is dependent upon another component. This would be as the computer says the pci simple communications controller. Alright so I dont know how to fix it. I went to microsoft help website and other driver websites, unfortunatly I have no clue what driver is needed. How do I find this out? Her computer is a Gateway 2000 with Windows 2000 installed on it. I have looked at the card(not the linksys card) but the pci card and have gotten the following informations off of it:
Zoom 56k pcl fax modem
model: 2925m

Z56706-RC

V00080507024

50#67850

I got all of those numbers off of the card, most of them mean jack to me but maybe someone out can find these helpful.
If anyone can help me and thus help my g/f stop nagging me it would be much appreciated. THANKS

It looks like the info you posted is for a 56k modem, not a wireless card. Are you running Win XP? See this from M$. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=315342

Yes it is for the modem not the wireless card. I need to figure out a way to find a driver for the modem card, because I don't know what driver it takes. Once I install the modem driver then I can install the wireless card. And Its windows 2000
