Is it possible to install Mac OS X Leopard on a PC?

Is it possible to install Mac OS X Leopard on a PC? I seen videos of that on Youtube.com (search Youtube: Mac OS X Leopard on PC). I have an HP pavilion DV6000 notebook computer with Windows Vista Home Premium and Ubuntu 8.04. I have a partition on the hard drive ready for Mac OS X leopard. If yes to the question above, then how many GB of disk space needed to install Mac OS X leopard? I made a partition on the hard disk drive which is 24.0 GB. Is it enough to install Mac OS X leopard?

Installing Mac OSX on a PC is a breach of the End User License Agreement. Sorry no help here.

You'll have to stick to Google searching for answers.
