access to XP machine from W2K machine

I'm trying to access a computer running XP prof. FROM a computer running W2K
in a workgroup/mshome , but I get this message :
\\*computer* is not accessible
Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.

...guess I need to know how to grant the requested logon type

Check your "Local Security Settings"
(Administrative Tools -> Local Security Policy -> Local Policies -> User Right Assignment -> Deny access to this computer from the network)
There should not be "Guest" in parameters of last item.

You may need to setup an local account on the XP box since your not in a domain but in a workgroup instead.
