Cool Bit of Water Cooling

My system is noisy as hell!!!!!!

I have got rid of most of the noise my removing a dieing HDD.
But there is still a lot of fan and CD ROM noise.
I am getting a new case Thermaltake Armor LCS should keep the fan sound out.
But I am looking at watercooling as my Northbridge and CPU are my nosiest fans, I have sorted out what stuff I need but I want to cool my GUP and Northbridge as well as CPU.
Adding the Northbridge into it will be simple, but if a remove the fan from my graphics card and replace it with a watercooling block will any of the memory modules overheat?
They are overclocked a wee bit but not a lot and if they are getting no cooling from a fan I am worried my card mite die.
I still will have two intake fans and two extractor fans +psu fan so there is lots of airflow through the case.
I haven’t used thermaltake products before but they look good.
Has any one had any experience with them?
