OK. Download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. Install the utility, reboot and use it to remove all TuneUp entries.
Next boot into Safe Mode (restart your computer and tap F8 continuously as it restarts) and navigate to C:\Program Files and delete the TuneUp folder if it exists. Reboot and let us know if that took care of the problem.

Alright, that program worked and it removed it. As far as I can tell it is off the computer. Thanks again AnnMarie, you have really been a major help.
