Last night I downloaded a FREE program called URL Snooperv2.29.01 and when it was installing, it also installed another program called WinPcap 4.1.2

Before downloading those two program, my laptop was working fine. I started getting problems after I download those programs.

Here is a HJT log ...

In that case, have you tried uninstalling the software that caused the problem and running System Restore? Click on the Start Orb and type System Restore in the Start Search box and it will appear at the top of the menu. Rightclick on it and choose "Run as Administrator". Choose a date before you downloaded it and follow the prompts.

Reboot when asked

There is no point in posting Hijack This logs in this situation and if I want to see any logs, I'll ask for them X MeTHoD 101 X.

Have you tried the suggestion I posted ten days ago?

Yeah I removed those programs and then I restart my laptop and it wouldn't take me to the desktop so I reformat it and got it up and running. Now it's doing the same thing =//

So you have now reformatted it twice? If so, it's most likely that your issue is hardware related. I dont work on hardware issues however you will be able to get help in our Hardware Forum.

Yeah I reformatted twice already and a hardware issue was exactly what I was thinking.

Can you move this thread over there or do I just start a new thread over there and merge this one into it?

I can move the thread but it has a number of replies to it and might be overlooked. I think your best option is to start a new topic and include a link to this topic.
