Memory and Disk Space Useage at 100%

Hi

My dell Inspiron All in One computer was running very slow so I checked the Task Manager. It showed 100% usage for Disk and Memory. How can I resolve this issue?

While in TM did you look to see which processes were consuming most of those resources?

Did you reboot?

Is Windows and your security current?
